The Junction is Federation semis and cottages up on the hill, unit blocks running down towards Bar Beach, and the shop and salon strip on Union Street. A lovely place to live, and a hard place to be a light fitting.

On a renovation here we quoted a heavy circuit with its own safety switch and a contactor at the meter board for the living areas, smaller circuits for the study and the media room, and the heating supplier's thermostats connected and tested.
