What does a rental electrical safety inspection include?
We test safety switches and circuits, check the switchboard, fittings and smoke alarms, and send photos of anything that needs work.
Should I get a pre-lease electrical check between tenants?
Yes. Between tenants is the easiest time to find and fix problems, with nobody to work around.
Can you fix what the inspection finds?
Yes. We quote each item, and once approved we fix it and issue a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW).
Do I need to be there for a landlord electrical inspection?
No. We book access with the tenant, or with your agent if the property is empty, and send photos afterwards.
