Can you install an oven I bought myself?
Yes, and that is completely normal. Send us the make and model and the delivery date, we check it suits your cabinet and your circuit, and we fit it for a fixed price.
Do you repair appliances or replace them?
We replace them, and we change the serviceable electrical parts like an element or a thermostat. We do not repair control boards or electronics, and we will tell you when a replacement is the better buy.
How do I know a new appliance will suit my old circuit?
Send us the model before you buy it. We check the cable, the circuit breaker and whether there is a plug base, so there is no surprise on the day.
Do you take the old appliance away?
Yes, the old one goes with us when the new one goes in. Tell us when you book so there is room in the van.
Do I need an electrician to install an appliance in NSW?
For anything hardwired, yes. A licensed electrician has to connect a hardwired oven, cooktop or rangehood, and you get a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW), which is what most appliance warranties ask for.
