Rental oven and hot water questions
Who fixes a tenant's oven that is not working?
The property manager sends the work order to an electrician. We book access with the tenant, test the oven, then repair it or quote a replacement.
Can you supply the new oven as well as install it?
Yes, either way. We can supply and install a replacement oven or cooktop, or fit one the landlord has bought, and take the old one away.
Do you do hot water system electrical work in rentals?
Yes. We test elements and circuits, fix the power supply and connect the power for a replacement electric unit.
Will the landlord get paperwork for the replacement?
Yes. Photos, a job summary, a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) and a same-day invoice.
