When you request a callback

The form asks for your name, phone number, the suburb of the job, whether you are a homeowner, a business, a property manager or a builder, and a short note about the work. We also record which page you sent it from.

We use it to ring you back about that job and to quote and carry out the work. It goes into our job system, which is how we keep a record of your job. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

What we measure on this site

We use Google Analytics to count visits, which pages people read, and how many people tap the phone number or the callback button. It tells us which pages are useful. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

You can block it with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, and the site still works normally.

Who else is involved

This site is hosted by Netlify, and callback forms are emailed to our office and stored in our own system. Google Analytics is run by Google. Each of them holds data under their own terms.

Your details, your call

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it if you are not a customer. Email info@barrackelectrical.com.au or ring 0400 232 172.

We keep job records for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and electrical compliance.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page.
