Our lifetime workmanship warranty
If our work fails, we come back and fix it. No call-out fee.
The warranty runs for the life of the installation, not just while you own the place. If you sell, it stays with the work and the next owner is covered too.
What it covers
The work we did: the connections, the terminations, how it was mounted, how the cable was run, and how it was installed.
What it does not cover
- The product itself. Fans, ovens, lights and switchboard gear carry the manufacturer's own warranty. On anything we supply we register it for you and hand you the paperwork.
- Work somebody else has altered since. If another person has been into it, we cannot stand behind what they did.
- Storm, flood, fire and power surges. Those are outside anyone's control.
- Rodents and pests. Chewed cable is damage, not a workmanship fault. We will still come and fix it, at normal rates.
How to claim
Ring or text 0400 232 172 and tell us what is happening. We book a time, come back and look at it, and there is no call-out fee for looking at our own work.

“Recently have had barrack electrical out on Monday to complete a huge fit-out to our workshop. I expected it to be 3 days before I had lighting in my shed, That afternoon I had lights in all 3 storage sheds, completely lit up the workshop and yard. Not to mention 6 power points also fitted indoors and outdoors. Can not recommend barrack electrical enough very satisfied with the workmanship and the time it took to complete the fit-out.
